What do I do if my email message is bounced back to me?

Sometimes email messages are bounced back to you without ever having reached your intended recipient.  These bounces may be caused by a variety of reasons.  First thing to do is to take a look at the bounce back message that was prepended to your email.  Most of this may appear to be gibberish, but there is usually one sentence that gives you the reason in fairly plain english.  If you see, "no such mailbox", it may be that you typed the address incorrectly, or the recipient no longer has this email address. You may also see, "Mailbox full"...you should try to contact this person by some other method, and let them know.  Otherwise, forward the bounced email to support@platypuswork.com, so that we may investigate it.  It may indicate a problem with our server.
