To get the settings for your email client login to: http://example.com/webmail (use your domain instead of example.com.)  Login with your entire email address as the username and your password.  Once logged in, click on "Configure Mail Client", this will provide you with automatic configuration scripts for some clients, and a list of settings for manual configuration. Consult the documentation for your individual email client (if you don't have any provided, it can be easily googled.)  Do not check, "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)", use "Normal password."
